THE LODGE TEMPLE - SEE 'LATEST NEWS' SECTION FOR UPDATES

The Masonic Temple is located on John Street, just off Shore Street, the main road through Gourock.

The Lodge Temple has recently underwent extensive rebuilding & refurbishment following the identification of structural damage at the start of the 2007/08 session and subsequent fire. The Brethren of Lodge Firth of Clyde were consulted as to the courses of action available and voted overwhelmingly to work to retain their historic Temple building.

A quite magnificent sum of money has been raised through pledges and donations from the members of Lodge 626 themselves, as well as from other sources. A number of donations have also been recieved from other Lodges and Freemasons both within and outwith the Province of Renfrewshire West.

To coin a phrase - "If you had it, would you give it?" - This has most certainly been the case, and the Brethren of Lodge 626 are most grateful for the help & assistance given by all.

We are now the proud owners of the newest Lodge premises in the Province and would like to extend a very warm welcome to all who wish to visit and enjoy our hospitality.

The Hall at John St., complete with brand new bar & kitchen facilities, is also available to hire for private functions and parties. Please contact any of our Office Bearers for details on how to apply.
